In the early of 2018, he forecasted the trend of Australia’s property market in 2019 with several interest-cut, house price-rebound and more policies implement. In 2021 Adam forecasted house supply shortage and rent crisis which also came true.
He is now proud to invest in master-planned projects of house-and-land packages. Based on buyers’ needs, he provided the professional investment advices with the best return. They are plenty of property agents questioning his decisions in the past. However, buyers’ feedback could always be the best proof of our success.
